Photography class in high school my senior year was my a-ha moment in life. I consider myself extremely lucky that moment came when I was 16. What was originally a fun, fairly easy class I could clown around in, became the highlight of every day. College was 4 years of hard work, public transportation and self discovery.
The idea was to work in commercial photography forever. It was high end, expensive, classy and fashionable. Then I remembered I am none of those things. I can't cook, but I can order the hell out of a pizza. I have a minor in bad jokes. Rarely will you find me in a dress but I can bustle a wedding dress with my eyes closed. Don't have any children of my own but I have a few tricks up my sleeves to make them smile (fart noises, always). What I am is a woman that sees the world a bit differently than everyone else, and has figured out a way to show you what I see.
Photography is not just a part time job, a hobby or a way for me to be a weekend warrior. I truly believe it is what I was born to do.
My goal is to tell your story. Let's write it together.
